1Information We Collect

To provide the best experience, we collect the following data:

Registration Information: Name, email and password (stored encrypted).
Third-party Authentication: When using Google or Apple login, we receive your name, email and an identification token to link to your account.
User Content: Photos uploaded by you, titles, descriptions and metadata of the memories you choose to save on our platform.

2Device Permissions

The app requests access to specific features to function correctly:

Camera: So you can take photos directly in the app and save them to your memories.
Gallery/Photo Library: To allow uploading existing images from your device.
Notifications: To send alerts about new memories, sharing interactions and important updates.

3Data Usage & Analytics

We use analytics tools (such as Firebase Analytics) to understand how the app is used and improve our features. This includes:

Diagnostic data (device model, operating system and region).
Usage events (login, memory creation and navigation flows).
Unique device identifiers for sending Push Notifications.

4Storage & Security

Local Security

Sensitive data, such as access tokens (JWT), are stored in the SecureStore (system keychain) of your device.

Cloud Storage

Your photos and memory data are securely synchronized and stored on our servers to allow access across devices and ensure the integrity of your files.

Encryption

We use modern security protocols for the transit and storage of information.

5Data Sharing

Remnis does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is shared only:

With infrastructure providers necessary for app operation (hosting servers and authentication services).
When you use the memory sharing feature with other users through links or codes.

6Your Rights (LGPD)

In accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you have the right to access, correct or request the deletion of your personal data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at contato@dngx.com.br.
